The screened patio area was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility, and Sue, our gracious host, even arranged transport to the concert venue for us. The attention to detail, like the welcoming port and chocolates, was truly jaw-dropping. The location was also superb, with easy access to shops and the winery. The property was beautiful with views of the rainforests, very peaceful and serene. There is a very nice sunroom where you can sit and watch the birds. The staff were very welcoming and made extra efforts beyond our expectations of friendliness, privacy, and quality comforts. The views and privacy to enjoy the scenery and wildlife from the bed or the deck were much appreciated. The generosity of the mini bar, tea/coffee, and any priced items going towards good causes was a nice touch. The eco-friendly toiletries were a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was well-equipped and the villa was clean and tidy. The shower was amazing with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The villa was ready when we arrived and the contactless check-in and check-out process was convenient.

We were thrilled that dogs were welcome, making it a perfect retreat if you're looking for some peace and quiet. We stayed at Mt Cotton Retreat Villa for 2 nights while our car was being modified for camping. The bungalow was spacious, comfortable, and private. We loved relaxing on the enclosed verandah that overlooked the serene lake. The staff at the villa were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even kindly upgraded our room. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The whole place had a peaceful and calming atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The cleanliness and tidiness of the bungalow were also commendable. We were touched by the thoughtful gesture of port and chocolates upon our arrival. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Loved being surrounded by beautiful nature and the pet-friendly deck was a hit with my furry friend. The 90-mile beach tour and sparkling high tea were delightful. The hospitality and peaceful atmosphere were top-notch.
